Florida Connection. The Florida Connection to the terrorist attacks of September 11,2001 adds another element to the many 'conspiracy theories' that have arisen regarding the attacks. Three of the terrorists that hijacked airplanes on September 11,2001 took flight lessons in Florida. Two of the terrorists, Mohamed Atta and Marwan Alshehhi, attended a flight school in Florida, the flight school was called Huffman Aviation. A third terrorist, named Ziad Jarrah, took flight lessons at a flight school that was just down the road from Huffman Aviation. Ziad Jarrah took his flight lessons at Florida Flight Training Center.

Huffman Aviation was owned by Wally Hilliard and Rudi Dekkers. Rudi Dekkers was a Dutch national with a suspicious past. His past included several lawsuits and a few encounters with the F.A.A. In 1999, the F.A.A. revoked Dekkers' pilot license for 45 days, for numerous violations, including 'operating an aircraft in a careless or reckless manner'. Huffman Aviation was sold in 2003.

Another aspect of the Florida Connection was the executive order issued by Jeb Bush on September 7,2001. Jeb Bush was the governor of Florida, he is also the brother of George W. Bush, who was President of the U.S.A. at the time of the September 11th terrorist attacks. On September 7,2001, Jeb Bush issued an executive order that made formal preparations for martial law in the state of Florida. The executive order was called E.O. 01-261, or 'executive order 01-261'. On the day of the terrorist attacks, Jeb Bush signed another executive order, this one was called E.O. 01-262. This order declared a state of emergency in the state of Florida. The state of Florida was the first state in the U.S.A. to declare a state of emergency. The fact that Jeb Bush signed an order on September 7,2001 implies that Jeb Bush, or other co-conspirators had prior knowledge of the terrorist attacks.

Another aspect of the Florida Connection was the fact that President George W. Bush was in Florida on September 11,2001. At the moment when President Bush heard about the terrorist attacks, he was in the middle of a visit to an elementary school. He was at Booker Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida, with a group of young students. He was reading a story to them, from a story book, and when he was interrupted by a secret service agent, Bush finished reading the story, and then left, so he could listen to the secret service agent tell him the rest of the news about the terrorist attack.

Fossil Fuels. The term fossil fuel is used to describe any type of petroleum fuel, including oil, natural gas and coal. The term comes from the theoretical explanation for how the fuels were formed. According to theory, ancient forests covered the Earth thousands of years ago. The vegetation in these forests was covered with lava deposited by volcanic eruptions, and so the vegetation was trapped under layers of solid rock when the lava solidified. The pressure exerted upon the vegetation over thousands of years slowly transformed the vegetation into petroleum deposits.

Fuller,Buckminster. Buckminster Fuller was an architect who designed geodesic domes. He noted that the sphere encloses the most space with the least amount of material,so he reasoned that the dome (based on a sphere) was the most efficient way to enclose a space. The geodesic dome had a triangular grid superimposed on it,since Fuller reasoned that the triangle was the most stable geometric shape(more rigid than squares, rectangles or other shapes),so geodesic domes could be made from pre-fabricated triangular pieces. Fuller also wrote several books, including:
