Religion. Religion is a belief system that usually involves a belief in God. Some religions (Such as Hinduism) require a belief in several gods. Other religions (such as Christianity) maintain that there is only one God. The belief in God generally requires the devotee to believe that God created the universe,and God created the human race. There are generally two types of religions,one type is based on spectacle,the other type is based on secrecy. If a religion is based on spectacle,it requires you to declare your belief in God publicly. You are essentially making a public spectacle of yourself,when you declare in public that yu believe in God. They may also perform religious rituals in public. In a secret cult,you do not declare your beliefs publicly,instead,you are expected to keep your beliefs secret. Members of a secret cult do not publicly say that they believe in God,and they keep their religious beliefs secret.
Romney, Mitt. Mitt Romney is the former Governor of the state of Massachusetts, and is the son of former Michigan governor George Romney. In September 2012, the Republican party chose Mitt Romney as their candidate for President in the November 2012 Presidential election.
While Romney was campaigning for President, he went to The Century Mine in Beallsville, Ohio on August 14,2012. He was photographed with miners wearing dirty overalls, while Romney himself was wearing a clean shirt. The miners complained that they were forced to go the Romney rally, by the company. The Century Mine is owned by a company called the 'Pepper Pike' Company, and they had told miners that attendance at the Romney rally was mandatory. Miners complained that the mine was closed the day of the Romney rally, so they couldn't work that day, they were expected to go the the Romney rally instead. They were not paid for attending the rally, although it was mandatory.
